Noticed a water spot in the corner of the ceiling after the recent snowstorm. I called TriStar Roofing Company and they were able to get someone out the following day to inspect. Found and repaired damage around the skylight. Also asked them to cap my damaged chimney vents (my chimney peak is unusually hard to reach) which they also did quickly. All in all good work, they didn't try to upsell anything, and the price was reasonable.
I had a really solid experience with TriStar Roofing Company this week. They did a phenomenal job with our roof and gutters. I was blown away by how responsive their team was. The office staff did an amazing job of following up making sure all the work was done to my high standard. Thumbs up!
The work on our roof was done quickly with no issues, on time and correct! This was the first time I have ever had an insurance claim/needed to have my roof repaired and TriStar Roofing Company walked me through all the steps and made me feel comfortable all while educating me on the process. 5 stars is truly not enough for this company.
I met with TriStar Roofing Company and I would say they are punctual, professional, very likable and very knowledgeable about roofing. They showed samples of the dimensional shingles and explained how those materials would be installed. I highly recommend their services.
