My husband and I went in to get air put in my bike tires and we weren't sure what was wrong with his bike because it wasn't holding air. The lady (I wish I would have gotten her name) She was shorter, with grey hair.. that assisted us was nothing short of amazing! She advised that I let my bike sit to long and it made the valve turn, so they released all the air, straightened the valve and re-aired my tires. MY husband has a hybrid bike and she advised not to use a manual pump and how to open the valve so the air can stay in his tires. She advised us to buy a better air pump and due to him having a hybrid and my having a mountain bike she suggested an appropriate pump. Me being the value shopper I am immediately looked on Amazon and the bike shop was actually $7 cheaper! We purchased the air pump and a few other items. This person was so knowledgeable, helpful and even advised against some items we wanted to purchase ! I will def. be back!

I went in to get my derailleur replaced. I got it back the next day. That part is working great now You can take you bike in when you visit the staff was friendly and helpful. The aesthetic was nice an old vibe IMO.

Here's why I gave them a five star, I was looking for a tire size 26 x 1 1/2 for a Schwinn. Told the salesman (I wish I asked for his name) and I brought my tire and rim with me. So I handed the rim and he's looking at it, then he tells me the name of the bike I own. I was in shocked, THE man knows his bikes for sure. Told me if I needed anything else and said no just the tires, but I remember I might need a seat for the bike so he shows me a brand name seat. But don't really it right now. Purchased the tires on my very first stop, glad it was my only stop and gotta support the local mom and pop shop's. God bless them. I'll be coming back again. Thank you guy's!
