I contracted with Morning Dew Exterior to replace my roof due to damage from wind/hail storm. Initially, I was nervous since this was such a big job and a company that I didn’t know. Samer was great in allowing me to do my own research as well as providing several references that were close to me with names, phone numbers and addresses if I wanted to drive by and take a look.nnThe entire process was completely hassle free! I received regular updates and never had to call and ask for one. They also handled everything with the insurance. Sang was also amazing! He did the initial inspection and also met with the insurance representative to go over the damage, arriving almost an hour early. He also showed me some samples along with a recommendation on color, which turned out great! I ended up having a small leak under the roof over the patio and Sang fixed it without any problems. With this small issue promptly resolved and their 7 year warranty on labor, I feel I’m in great hands! There was also some small work that I ended up not doing, and Sang was able to provide a refund check on the spot.nnIt’s quite amazing that they were able to finish replacing the entire roof just in one day. The crew arrived early and got started right away. They even helped with a piece of siding that became detached. They cleaned up very well, even did some extra cleanup by blowing away mulch that was scattered around the driveway from the previous night’s storm.nnOverall, great company and amazing team! I would recommend to everyone!

They handled the whole process with the insurance company from beginning to end and they did an outstanding job with installation and I got a 7 year warranty on the labor after everything was completed i was so happy to have all the work done to the house and not pay a penny I was so happy I reffered to family members and friends and they also got work and happy 5 stars all the way and whats even better is I ended up getting hired and now work for morning dew Exterior its a fantastic company

it’s A great company and they have A great team they changed my roof and they didn’t take long time and the guys Samer and Sam they are friendly and patient and they respond my calls and I ask Sam to do extra stuff and he did and he didn’t chargenme for it they are The best I recommend anyone to contract with them .

Be very careful when thinking about using this business, especially if you're a senior. They are allegedly associated with a public adjuster so you'd hope they would be ethical.nnThe reason that is important is there was an issue with the public adjuster and I asked to speak to the owner of the PA agency. The sales person put in writing that the owner of MDE was the owner of the public adjuster agency. Clearly they were working together with the goal of not having to deal with an issue by pretending the owner of MDE was the owner of the agency.nnIt's been 9 months since signing an agreement for a roof replacement and 9 months later, the roof hasn't been replaced and they will not provide a committed date for replacing the roof. I tried to communicate with the owner over the phone and instead of listening to my concerns, he repeatedly cut me off and then swore at me.nnSo, please be careful and don't make the mistakes I made.

As a RE investor, I used multiple roof and siding contractors over the past 10 years, and Morning Dew Exterior is one of the best. My first job with them is hail damage on siding. They dealt with Allstate from beginning to end, and I did not even need to show up. They met me at my place to show me the new siding samples. They also replaced new moisture barrier that was not covered by Allstate, but they absorbed the extra cost without charging me extra, They used quality material and did a good job installing siding. NO complaints whatsoever.nnMost recent job is frozen / burst pipe that caused water damage. Again, Sam handled everything with Allstate and get claim processed and approved. I visited the site right before job was completed, was very happy with what I saw.nnGoing through insurance may increase your premium, but it's still well worth it when you can save tens of thousands dollars and increase your property value...nnI would definitely use their service again.
