I was referred to this company by my nephew. I was amazed how fast they responded, Carlos came out on a weekend and on Monday Carlos went and applied for permit. Within 3 days the job was started and by day 5 it was completed. This included a new roof down to rafters, new kits around all sky lights, new gutters, etc... When the job started Dave was the lead guy, but Carlos never left the picture. Dave kept me informed every step of the way, got the job done correctly, and now I hope I have a long business relationship with both of them. They are a great company, Carlos and Dave are great people, so if I were you, I would call them for all your repairs or installations.
Needed Emergency Roof Replacement due to leaking all over my house. Tony Perez Claim Specialist came in to check in on the roof and the garage free of charge. Super professional they got a hold of my insurance quickly and got the job done right away. Storm Life Restoration worked fast to get my roof replaced after a big storm damaged it. Their rep, Antonio, was very helpful in walking me through the whole process. He helped me get an accurate assessment of damage to my insurance company by coordinating with the adjuster to make sure they were accounting for everything. Once the work started, it went fast and I am very happy with my new roof.
This company exceeded my expectations with getting results with my insurance company ( Allstate ) . I was looking to only get my roof replaced due to storm damage. The insurance company was giving me the run around and trying not to approve the claim. Once I called Storm Life Restoration, they was successful with getting my claim approved for a new roof, all new gutters and downspouts and window screens ud83dude0a my representative Gabriella was awesome.
