Individual approach to the client and any client's situation. Accuracy, responsibility, attentiveness, and accuracy. With the help of Meridian, the roof was changed in the fall of 2020. Six months have passed - no complaints. I am planning to replace siding with the help of this company and its employees. I was lucky to work with Adam, my recommendation. But I am sure that the rest of the staff are also high-level professionals
We live in a townhouse development in Glen Ellyn. Due to storm damage our two townhouse buildings (one containing two units and one containing three units) needed roof replacement. Meridian Restoration was chosen to complete the job. I really have to compliment Meridian, and especially our service contact Pantel, on the their commitment to completing the project. Meridian needed to negotiate with five different insurance providers in order to acquire the funding for the project. This was not an easy task. Their persistence and obvious expertise in dealing with insurance carriers made the replacement possible. We were even able to replace six skylights in the building at no additional cost. One building has been completed and the other building is scheduled for completion in the new construction season next year when the insurance settlement on that building is finalized. The construction crew did a great job. The project include removing existing roofs and replacing them. This produces a lot of construction debris. The crew was highly professional and worked quickly and efficiently. They also did an amazing job in cleaning up. It was a pleasure to work with Pantel who kept us well informed and provided excellent support and guidance.
Wow! This team of roofers is incredible. (NOTE: Read all the way down to the update! Not a good company after all.) They arrived at sun up and before the sun went down, the old roofing material was off, new sheathing was put down, new roofing underlayment was put on top of that, and then a new layer of beautiful roofing shingles, and my entire property was put back to the way it was and impeccably cleaned of all discarded material IN ONE DAY!!! Thank you Gene! Everything was done as promised! You and your team of roofers are unique and stand as a model for other companies. You can't go wrong with this group of Meridian roofers. There are the best of the best. You will not be disappointed.nUPDATE: I later found they damaged my gutter during installation. After notifying them, they procrastinated until I finally had a gutter company repair the damages BUT THEY ONLY PAID 1/2 THE REPAIR BILL! Even after I compromised and settled for a color mismatch on a partial replacement. Beware of this company. Now they are refusing to honor the roof warranty! BAD BUSINESS - STAY AWAY!!

Gene from Meridian was great to work with. He inspected my roof because I thought I might have hail damage on it. Turns out i did. He helped me file an insurance claim, met the insurance adjuster out and then made sure I understood the process moving forward after I was approved for a new roof. The roofers started early in the morning, had the old roof off in no time and had the new roof done before 5pm. Super clean and nice guys! I highly recommend Meridian Restoration.
