Everyone I dealt with was very responsive and professional. I had the siding, gutters, and windows replaced. The window work was setup with a companion contractor. All the work was done quickly and professionally. A pleasure to work with. The results look good! The picture shows the completed siding but not the windows and remaining trim work.

Great experience and quality work! ARC was the first call I made when I started vetting companies to replace our siding. Best move I could have made! They were instrumental in getting my insurance to not only replace our hail damaged siding, but also the gutters. Additionally, we had some challenging issues with wood rot that had other companies scratching their heads. Not ARC, they came up with a plan, pushed up their sleeves and went to work. Now our house looks amazing and we couldn't be more pleased! My suggestion...make ARC your first call too, you won't regret it.

Brian was excellent at guiding us through this project. Brian made so many recommendations that totally changed the results of this remodeling work. He took a project which would have turned out well and changed it to a project that turned out outstanding. We have all seen homeowners make bad choices in remodeling; choices which have little difference in cost but can have dramatic effects on the finished project. Brian helped to guide us towards those terrific choices. He is the kind of person you want to work with, someone who wants you to end up with great results without only focusing on the financial side of the picture. He makes recommendations that make sense and are affordable.nnDetails about the work completed: This project started as a hail claim for siding replacement. Another company came out to the property to assess damage, but missed most of the damage. Brian found substantial damage in all sort of places that a less experienced assessor did not. Brian has a great deal of construction and this experience made him that much more of an asset on this project. The insurance company agreed with Brian’s assessment and covered new siding, roof, and gutters. Now with many other construction companies, the work paid for by the insurance claim is the only work that would have been done. Other companies may not recommend well timed upgrades as Brian did. Brian pointed out that while the siding was off was an excellent time to replace the windows. He gave us competitive quotes on a good quality replacement window. Then Brian also made the recommendation to upgrade our window wrap material from the standard aluminum (which dents easily) to LP Board (which looks like high quality wood work, but is maintenance free). At the same time all the other work was being done, the front porch pillars were also replaced and wrapped with matching LP Board. This gave the house a nice overall finished look. Matching paint was also used to tie in the front door and garage door. For the window replacement, work was done on all the window sills to correct any imperfections in the old, damaged, woodwork and dry wall was patched and repainted. The end result is a clean finished project. I highly recommend ARC Restoration & Windows!!!
