Holda Construction replaced our roof and and repaired some of the cedar siding and trim on our home. This is the second project I have done with Holda at this residence and I have been very pleased with both projects from both a price and quality perspective. Marius took the time to discuss the situation at my home and to determine what he thought we needed to do. I would highly recommend Holda to my friends and neighbors.

Update, after my last posting Maurice at Holda construction called about five or six times to try to make the situation better. I was not going to respond but ended up calling him back as I felt he was being sincere. I appreciated him reaching out HOWEVER after he came out to take a look at the roof, again we still received no invoice and after two or three weeks my husband had to call to see if we could receive an invoice. Again weeks went by with no invoice! Stay away from this company because they have zero respect for their ‘clients’. once we finally got an invoice...well it was more than double the cost of several of their companies that came out. Not sure what type of game they’re playing but I would suggest staying away.nWe had Holda redo our entire roof two years ago. We’ve had leaking issues and tons of nail pops and called in February to address the issue that caused major interior damage. I never blamed them and asked if they could come take a look to give an estimate for repairs. I had no intention of anything being done for free, although I’m sure it was still under some type of warranty. Well here we are 8 months later... many runs around texts/calls that they’d come out but never showed up. I flat out asked if they would let me know if they were interested because the issues needed to be addressed and Maurise promised me he’d come out because he felt so bad at how we were treated. We scheduled an inspection the next day but no one showed. They still have not contacted me since. Stay away because if anything goes wrong they don’t care.

This company was amazing. Fast and efficient. Great to work with. Highly recommended. I was given multiple choices to chose from for my repair job. Really grateful for a company that wanted to do a repair job.

I had minor leakage coming from my roof but had no clue on where it’s coming from. I found Holda Construction that’s conveniently close to my neighborhood.nnMariusz (owner) responded quickly to my inquiry(even on a weekend). After sharing pictures of the leakage I have in my house and basement, he offered to do analysis first. I liked that approach as he’s not committing on anything just based on pictures alone.nnHe came the next business day and looked at my situation. Did not beat around the bush in sharing his expertise on next steps to remediate my leakage problem. He came up with reasonable proposal that we agreed on. His team worked to fix our problem the next day!nnConsummate professionals. Glad we made the right choice in working with Mariusz and his team(Remy and Stanley). I look forward to having the peace of mind that I my leakage problem has been resolved. I highly recommend their services.

Holda construction did our fascia & soffit work. I couldn’t have ask for a better company to do this work. Mariuz is a consummate professional. Every transaction I had with him and his team was superior.nThe finished product exceeded my high expectations.nMariusz told me the reason it looks so good is they use premium quality aluminum, not vinyl, and his team does custom fittings on job site which I witnessed.
