Covid 19 made me venture outside of a gym and I luckily discovered cycling along the way. TC and Jeremy were instrumental in helping me discover a love for this sport, answering every dumb newbie question I had over the last year. I've now purchased an e-bike for my wife and built two separate bikes with these guys. Top notch all around.

This shop is amazing. Staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful. They care most about their customers having a good experience and good rides. Very happy to have a high quality friendly bike shop in the neighborhood!

After hitting up other specialized dealers in WI and IL searching for an obscure part, TC almost knew the part number from memory. He placed the order to specialized in less time it took me to explain/show it to the others guys. He is the dealer I will be bringing my beloved epic to moving forward.

I've been to 6 different bike shops in the northwest suburbs and not one treated me the way these guys did. I am new to mountain biking (and cycling in general) and they treated me just as equal as anyone else. If you've been to any other bike shop in the state of Illinois you know that just doesn't happen. Dropped off a bike I bought online to be built for me. Not only did they have it done the next day - they actually fitted the bike to me! When I had two other bikes built by other shops neither of them bothered to fit it for me. They even offered me the box it came in and gave me all the extra parts it came with which leads me to believe the other two shops might have pocketed those and never said a word. I will never go to another shop and have referred everyone I know to these guys.

Brought in my bike to replace the pedals. The owner showed me some options and replaced the pedals on the spot. Very professional and the price was reasonable. He also check my tire pressure and performed a routine check for free. I'd go back there again.
