Love what they have done with this place! Everything has been remodeled completely! The rooms are great and the bed was the bed very comfortable! I will definitely be choosing this place next time I'm in the area! Give it a shot you won't be disappointed! To end my review any questions I had the front desk was very good at helping me out! $55 for clean room, comfortable bed, has a bath tub and shower. Some hotels only have a shower. Cant beat the price. We were on call at the carbondale hospital and needed a room close by. Hope it stays $55. Recommend to others. 5 stars when it starts having a breakfast.
Very nice hotel in the process of being renovated. Friendly and accommodating, very comfy beds, clean room. I think travellers will really enjoy it when it's complete!
Very pleasant surprise. Seems that the proprietor knows how to bring a landmark property back to contemporary times. I am convinced the place will get better and better as time goes on as I noticed several significant additional improvements are underway. I must revisit this place on my next trip also. hotel still under major renovation. its was dirty. Door had to be forced to shut and lock, same for windows. There were no cups/mugs for drinking or coffee. The was no toiler paper or tissue paper. Floor was dirty and sticky. The reviews are not honest.
