The concept of a line and appointments must be foreign to the team here. Scheduled for a Covid test waiting for 20 minutes. Guy walks by me sits down and called in first - no acknowledgement to me. Incredibly frustrating
Used to love them but the Auburn store closed without letting pharmacy customers know. Prescriptions ended up at various pharmacies and caused the great deal of problems for the pharmacy patrons.
This is an okay Bartell, the staff is super friendly and they always are in stock. All the staff have amazing customer service, it is a little messy though and the products aren't at the correct label spaces.
I love this store, it's my go-to drugstore. Everyone is friendly and makes me feel at home.
I have always had good customer service here, especially with the pharmacy.
