If your life is boring, hire Zihm Construction. The owner is so uprofessional. It's impossible to argue with her. She will be talking while you are talking. She gave us one estimate than she added more money later. She was very nice in beginning but she changed once things went wrong. It was very upleasant experience and very stresfull. She said our roof will be done in two days but it took them two weeks to finally finish it. She said they will start working on Monday but they started on Thursday. They always come in late, around 12-2pm, but they always tell you that they will be at 7 or 8 in the mornig. Then they work until it's dark. So if you want a quiet night after a long work day, forget it. If you ask them when they will leave they will take it as an offense. After work is done they expect you to pay immidiately and if you don't, simply becasue you are not satisfied with their job, the owner will start using word lawyer a lot. When they finished, our roof had holes in it. The owner said it's okay, it should be like that. When we argued that seeing light from inside of the attic is not okay with us, she told us what do we know. Only when we mentioned her favorite word lawyer, she agreed to fix it but charged more money. DO NOT HIRE ZIHM. It's very unprofessional company to work with.

The absolute worst. For a better experience, go with anyone else instead.
