In August, we had some roof damage from the major storm that blew through. Our damage was not as major as many, so our adjuster took almost a month to get to us. Our insurance first pursued a path to just repair the roof, along with full replacement of only one section of shingles. I spoke with Anders at Options Exteriors and he helped me go to the process of getting insurance to cover my entire roof. This paperwork process, from start to 'new roof done' took a month - in a time when materials and labor are scarce. It's actually done a week sooner then they promised. Many of my neighbors started well before me and still show no progress on their roofs, 2 months after the storm.nWorking with Options Exteriors was super easy, the people I spoke with were all professional, and the speed and quality of the work was top notch. The installation team was punctual, efficient, and cleaned up REALLY well. Time will tell if anything comes up with the installation, but if it does, I have no doubt they will help me as they have so far. I wasn't sure going into this what to expect - this is my first major house repair, and I had a lot of questions and honestly - I wasn't sure about the company - there are a lot of new groups in town following the storm and not all of them have the customer's interests in mind. But looking back, it was super easy, a great value, and there were no gotchas or hangups, and overall it was a bright spot in a rough time - all thanks to Options Exteriors.
