When our house was damaged by the Cedar Rapids derecho, we were fortunate to have Superstorm Restoration help us with our roof replacement. Our project manager, Ryan M, was very responsive, extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was very transparent and accurate about scheduling and what to expect during our roof replacement. The roofing team was very professional and efficient, and did a great job of cleaning up when our roof was complete. Thank you Superstorm, we would highly recommend you to our family and friends.
I called so many places for months to try to have someone come out and give me an estimate for my damaged siding and no one would give me the time of day. I found superstorm restoration on google and called them and they came out right away. I have been working with Ryan Melton and he has been so amazing, he has gone above and beyond what I would have expected. He understands the insurance side of this so well and even found a mistake where my insurance was shorting me 4,000! After a couple weeks of him dealing with the adjuster we were able to go forward. I have been so impressed by Ryan’s knowledge and amazing communication I can say I feel completely comfortable with trusting them to get the job done right. I’m excited to have found them and highly recommend them to anyone, Especially when they have such trustworthy people working for them. Glad I have them to work with!

Unfortunately I can't use this business because they only work with insurance companies and my damage is not an insurance claim. Despite knowing that within 3 minutes, Ryan spent 20 minutes on the phone with me answering my questions. Truly going above and beyond.
