Pro Exterior did the siding & shutter work on my house after the August Derecho. They were incredibly responsive, never pushed me into any decision, let me choose color schemes based on what I wanted and not what they have/had in stock or readily available. They worked with me and my insurance to make sure everyone was happy with the cost, materials, etc. They were incredibly fast and were able to install over a month before initially quoted. (Don't consider this a normal activity for any repairs/etc due to product availability). The crew that came to install went above and beyond to ensure I knew what was going on everyday and that I was happy with what was being done. The crew that did the work was timely, professional, and again went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the work they did not only daily but at the end of the job as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone (and I have recommended many times since using them)
We love our new siding, and the crew did an excellent job. They were professional & polite and kept the job site clean. Definitely would recommend them to friends.
Slow, non responsive,can't do bookings right...over 2 wks late starting my roof not 1 phone call from them... I called them was told 3 times starting tomorrow....still waiting....
