I usually don’t leave reviews. But I felt it important in this case. I got referred to this company from a co-worker. I had my garage roof completed by them. They also removed and replaced some water damaged drywall from inside the garage. I inspected the roof and I paid them. I didn’t even think to look at the drywall replacement. Once I did, I noticed one of the pieces did not get screwed off. I contacted them and they had someone out within in hour to address it! I was supper impressed by the customer service. I am sure it was not left unscrewed intentionally. But the fact that they took care of it so quickly with no questions asked is an A+ in my book. Especially with the way people seem to be now a days. Super thanks to them!
Overall, had a great experience with All Pro. They built steps with a platform to our second story deck. There were a few design “hiccups” along the way, but Mike was very responsive and made sure that I was 100% satisfied. The reason I gave “5 stars” is even with having to have them come back to redo a part that wasn’t built the way I wanted, they handled it very professionally and made sure it was what I wanted and fixed as quickly as it could be. I will be using this company again in the future.
I had a new deck built by this company. They were prompt with the estimate and it was very detailed. Overall a very positive experience.
Fair price and did an excellent job communicating with me throughout the entire project.
Beware...They stole $5000.00 from me and destroyed nieghbors lawn of $2500.00. and never..contacted us again true scammers...
