Northwest Tri & Bike

So helpful! My son is new to mountain biking and I managed to get him a new bike last week, which he was able to take out a couple of times, but then something wasn't right with the gears so we brought it in to see if they could help us. Even though the guys were clearly busy working on other equipment, one of them came over to talk to us right away, then took the bike over to have a look. In no time he found the problem with the gears and fixed it, then went thru the gears to make sure they were set right, and even took the time to make sure my son knew how to use the gears correctly and knew what gears were best for mountain biking plus what not to do! When I asked how much I owed him, there was no charge! Now that's customer care and service! We haven't had great experiences at other places (like Center Cycle or Tech), but this was! Northwest Tri & Bike just became our biking and gear store!

Can’t speak highly enough of this shop! I’ve been trying to find a spot for 2 weeks to get my stroller & kiddos bikes repaired. I left emails & voicemails at 3 other shops, but hadn’t heard back so I did another google search and Northwest Tri & Bike popped up. They were super helpful on the phone & when I came in about an hour later they were just as kind and helpful in person (the gentleman who greeted me and explained my options, the service technician who repaired my stroller, and the associate working behind the cash register were all top-notch) Will only be using this shop for future bike/stroller repairs and purchases!

Awesome place to take your bike, they recommended some really good tires for me that are working out perfect. And they put awesome new brakes on my bike that are wonderful. Very reasonably priced and very friendly staff. Will definitely be my go to Bike store

Came in for some tubes and to see what the service time is for a wheel truing, which most places at the moment are 1-2 weeks. They checked out the wheel on the spot and made it significantly better then Kirkland bicycle (where i purchased the bike and had issues with assembly quality). The store is extremely organized, and the entire staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I will be using Northwest Tri & Bike exclusively now as my go to bike shop.

Best Tri and Bike Shop in Western Washington. And I’ve been to over 15 to 20 Shops over the past 40 years. Fantastic staff and owner. Good value. Excellent products and product knowledge. They’ve helped me to PR’s in my 60’s. Worth the drive from anywhere.
