I was in Camden, Al. for business in the middle of deer season. All surrounding hotels were reserved. I fortunately found a hidden gem at the Liberty Hall B&B. I had never stayed at a B&B and was I surprised. I stayed 2-nights and the accommodations were outstanding. The hosts-were incredible with their southern charm. The décor of the home was fascinating. The property has been in the family for many years and has many stories to tell. It has cattle, geese, a pond, pecan trees, sprawling acres & is close to the river at Miller's Ferry Dam.nEvery morning, Chef Dudley prepared a traditional home cooked breakfast and the coffee was some of the best I have ever had. I slept the best I have slept in a long time in the Blue Room. If I ever return to Camden, Al., I will only stay at Liberty Hall B&B. You just have to stay to see what it's all about. It truly is one of the best resting stops I have ever found-a hidden gem.

The nicest most gracious folks I have ever met. A deer jumped out totaled my car. They picked my daughter and up out of the middle of nowhere at 10 at night. A beautiful home and absolutely wonderful people.

You will not be disappointed with your stay at Liberty Hall! It has historical, southern charm combined with wonderfully comfortable accommodations! Dudley and Julia Ann are such welcoming hosts! The breakfasts they serve are delicious! We cannot wait for a return visit!!

Liberty Hall is a rare gem - a historic house that has survived with its family history and architectural charm intact. Rooms are furnished with beds and dressers that have been there over a century! Recent updates to add more bathrooms blend seamlessly with the original building.nYou can tell the B&B is a labor of love for proprietors Julia and Dudley, who are the epitome of kind and friendly Southern hospitality. The food is delicious, the rural setting is lovely and relaxing, and the location is a short drive from downtown Camden businesses.

My husband and I stayed for a night at the Liberty Hall B&B. So glad that we did. Julia, Dudley and their grandson Forrest made us feel welcome and at home. Really enjoyed hearing all the history of the home and the beautiful pieces within it.nLovely people, lovely home. Highly recommend staying here if you happen to be in the area.
