Just bought a kids bike from them they went above and beyond. When I first went in they said that most kids bikes were backordered. So I gave them my number and said when they get one in go give me a call. They said they had 2 coming in for another customer that ordered them. So he said would call when he gets some more in. He was able to get a couple more in with the other customers and gave me a call and said it would be ready on Wednesday. GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!!!

Wouldve given 5 stars up until i picked up my bike. Called twice, on a wednesday and a friday, spoke to the same guy each time. He referred to himself as the owner and so did the lady who answered the phone friday. He was super nice and very helpful. I ended up paying for my bike friday with plans to pick it up saturday morning. I went to get my bike saturday morning, 5 people came in after me. The guy working never even greeted me yet he helped everyone else in the store who came in after me. I finally got his attention once the store was empty and he was still ignorong me, and he just stood there holding his baby acting like i was inconviniencing him. I got my bike and then asked about another bike for my stepdad. He told me that he wasnt sure if the bike was sold yet or not, even though the bikes that were already sold on the floor all had receipts and names on them. I told him what the origianl guy i had talked to had told me, bikes were first come first serve unless they had already been sold. I assumed receipt meant sold and no receipt meant available. Long story short my stepdad ended up buying the bike but the guy was a complete jerk with a chip on his shoulder. He also told me he was the owner and not the guy id previously spoken to during the week, amd that hed talk to him about telling people he was the owner when he wasnt. He also never registered my bike with trek or anything which i learned later on that trek and all trek dealers should be doing with every trek bike sold, regosterong them and then telling them about the 1 yeartune up. I was also told durong the week by the first giy i dealt with that when i picked up my bike they could adjust the seat for me amd everything. when i asked the guy saturday about seat position he was no help, he simply said ride it where its comfortable, nothing else. If that guy was the owner he was a complete chump to customers, if he wasnt the owner then the owner should really consider hiring someone else to work in his store. I will never give this store another out of my pocket as long as this jerk still works there. Since then we've bought 5 more bikes, half a dozen helmets, 10 pairs of shoes and lots of clothing from another outdoors store. I love brigham and supporting local business, but yeah not this one. Go elsewhere people!!!

Got an awesome rental mountain bike. Great service! Easy to do business with. I made a reservation and it all went smoothly.
