Easy to find. Good parking. Check in was quick. Staff friendly. Only some of the breakfast is available (bagels, yogurt, cereal). The issue was the bathroom really needs an update. The counter around the sink is cracked, the vent was hanging from the ceiling, and it didn't feel clean.
The absolute best hotel I've stayed at in Alabama. The only hotel that has ever offered to let me use their dryer because the guest dryer wasn't working. Little things like that means a lot to me especially when I'm paying the price I'm paying. Most hotels won't even let you use the computer when it's offered in their own online website. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it’s one of the few that can accommodate a family of 5 and had an indoor pool. It indeed fulfilled those requirements, but the whole hotel could use a bit of updating. The staff was nice and but the cleaning lady would come around between 8-9 to collect towels which was a bit inconvenient.nBreakfast was good covid restrictions considering.nAll in all it was good for this trip but next time I think we will stay somewhere else.
Jose was very helpful and helped me pick the perfect base and brand. Although the young girl at the front a thin mexican girl was kinda rude and rolled her eyes at me when I was asking a question. Other than her and her attitude it was great!
Awesome staff! They go out of their way to accommodate the guest with their wants or needs.
