A fairly standard hotel. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean. The breakfast was not great but was free.
Young lady with the dark curly hair was the best! She assisted us with everything we needed and did so very kindlynnCons were no hot breakfast and only unsatisfying brown paper bags. It seemed like a middle school cafeteria and the contents were not even goodnsome of the other staff were rude and dirty sheets
I’ve been staying here with my bf on and off for almost 6 months. I have spoken to the hotel manager many times and it has been the worst experience in a hotel that I have ever had. She is rude and condescending especially to certain demographics. The rooms are nice but there’s been times where I’ve gotten dirty sheets.nThe only reason we kept coming back was the location and the staff. The front desk girls are sweet and friendly. They are actually willing to help and they care about the customers. The management was the issue.nNo hot breakfast only paper bags with few items but the atmosphere is nice and the location is very convenient.
They Will charge colored people more because of their general manager who I think also lives there. Many of the guests who were staying there were given a lower rate and even told me they had similar problems. The rooms were okay except for all the stained sheets. Towels, blankets, sheets were all stained each day. Short Indian lady Who I think is the manager was rude and VERY unprofessional.nI stayed here for a short business trip on the third floor. It smelled like old Indian food and weed. There were a bunch of little kids screaming and running that seemed to be her family members.nThe front desk miss was nice, but the service from other people in the hotel were terrible. I wanted to speak to the manager about the bad experience, but was no where to be found. Turns out she lives in the room right across from me along with the noisy disrespectful kids!!!!nDo not recommend coming here at all. Save your money and find a cheaper place because it is NOT worth it. I have never had a worse experience at a hotel.
Stayed a week ago. Roaches in the rooms and dirty sheets and Property manager lady was very rude and not professional or kind. No hot breakfast.nFront desk girl was very nice and helpful.
