The room was nice and clean except for not having a fire alarm and the bathroom ventilation is kinda gross.nnThere were incense sticks scattered throughout the room from whoever previously stayed here. Obviously someone was either smoking or doing something they didn't want a smoke alarm to go off from. This is a non-smoking room by the way.nnThe breakfast was a poor effort to make up grab bags each with a bottle of water, green banana, and pack of 3 mini-donuts. Just enough to keep a diabetic from going into shock before making a trip to the ER.
The service here was terrible!!! I checked in at 9:00 pm with reservations.Got ready to take a shower, but there was only one set of towels. Called the front desk and the guy said that they was out of towels. He asked me to come back in an hour. So its 10:30 and I'm still waiting on towels. ud83dude21ud83dude21The iron was also not usable .....here's what it looks like. I was highly discussed.
Was definitely worth the price. My only complaint is along the basic boards had little pieces of debris and there were some wadded up paper towels left on the countertop. If not for that would have been 5/5
Let's start with some good things, the staff was very kind....nAny way there were a few problems with our stay.n1) the bathroom door did not open from the outsiden2) the remote to the tv did not workn3) the wifi did not work on Google chrome for half our devicesn4) the 1st and 2nd floor smelled very strongly of weed. Once the cleaning crew came and the smell left, but it came back only 8 hours later.n5) the toilet barely flushedn6) the air conditioning hardly worked so the room was a crisp 75 degrees all night with no ability to control itnConclusion: probably not worth the money.
Unfriendly staff. Disgusting bathroom with the baseboard falling off and laying half on the floor. Leaking dirty shower. Pubic hairs everywhere all over the bathroom. Clogged toilet and when we called the front desk about it we were told there was no one there to fix it and were not offered another room. Huge stains on the bedding. Washcloths were grey brown but supposed to be white.
