We found this Hilton last minute while traveling through Huntsville, they were busy but quickly found us a room for the night. Overall, a great stay. Really good wifi (a must for the younger family with their ever present devices), great shower and super comfy bed (mom's must haves on a trip).nI would definitely stay again whenever in the Huntsville area!
I stayed here a few weeks ago for 1 night & the lady that was working the front desk the night I checked in was very friendly & helpful. The hotel was super clean. Probably one of the cleaner hotels I have stayed in within the last few months. It sits back a little bit off the road making it quite place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.
My stay was good, had two rooms booked. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Only issue I had was with housekeeping. On the day of checkout which is at noon, the person in the second room went to put a couple things in the car and wasn’t done getting ready, when she returned housekeeping was in the room cleaning it, this was 9am. Felt like we were being rushed to check out. If they don’t want people staying until noon or a couple hours before noon then they need to change check out time.
My husband and i love it here. Its honestly the only place we prefer to go to now. The staff are so friendly and very helpful. And you couldn't ask for better service or cleaner rooms. And the beds are so comfortable. We highly recommend coming here to everyone. Its worth it price for the cleanliness and hospitality.
Our stay here was marred by an unfortunate event caused by a guest that resulted in the evacuation of the inn. This was in no way the fault of the hotel staff. However, the staff was more than accommodating, apologetic, and beyond helpful. Our stay was actually refunded as a result of the unpleasant night. Aside from this unfortunate event everything was on point. The establishment was pristinely clean, and comfortable. I will definitely stay there again, and would recommend it for your next overnight in Huntsville. ud83dude01ud83dudc4d
