I love the Pharmacists there. He is always helpful & caring.You even get Happy Birthday calls! His techs on the other hand can be very rude. Don't want to answer my questions & my debt card was not returned which put me in alot of hard situations & I have to call everyone I auto pay to update my card when I receive it.The tech wouldn't give me her name. I called & spoke with the Pharmacists, but no update whatsoever. Just thinking about switching to someone else.nUpdat: Had a pleasant experience yesterday so there was some improvements. Hope it continues bc I have enjoyed this pharmacy.

When I switched to them I was amazed at the special care they provide and the drive thru is a God send. When the pandemic got bad they gave me handsanitizer and . They called and wished me a happy birthday ud83cudf88masks.then they made me cry.

I have been using this pharmacy for years and Alan has always been good to me and I like his staff. If you want a hassle free pharmacy call them.

This use to be the best pharmacy, the owner is awesome guy. Been going here almost 8 years. Well the employees some just plain out do not care. It’s 30 minutes away from me. Where as there is 59 other pharmacies between. I kept going back because they were always very helpful and actually cared about there customers. That’s out the window , this place now needs to step back and realize how to treat the customer , as if you don’t have customers you don’t have a business. Reason for this is I pulled one of my prescriptions and transferred due to 1000$ or pay 200$. That’s a big number change. Anyone who would not change to save 800$ is out of there mind. But therefor my other prescriptions are held back and not ordered where I can not refill. Multiple times.because quote “ I was changing pharmacies”. I’m sorry but that’s not right. It’s more retaliation. I told them what I was doing and that my others medications I was keeping their. I explained this to 2 technicians Smh. I will not be back if it’s just a game to them. Rediculous! 8 years and get treated like garbage because u can not afford one of the medications at their price.
