We had to use Clorox wipes to clean the dust on all surfaces and greasy smudge noted on microwave. We could tell an effort was made to leave clean towels and a neatly made bed.all set up to be a good experience till we saw dust. This was a grand hotel in its day. Noted worn out. Bed comfortable. Shower hot and shower head wonderful. Front desk gal very pleasant and sweet.
Ok place to stay. Room and stuff are definitely showing their age. Internet was fast, but their were not a lot of guests. Plenty of hot water and there are good shower heads.
I'm one of the housekeepers and I even do some of the ground keeper work. Overall we try to make sure each room is clean and smells fresh for each and every visitor who stays with us. Come check us out!
Misty Distel GM of this location was very rude and unprofessional. Her employee made a mistake with our check in last night Dec 23 allowing us to check in early because their system doesn’t switch over until 2-3 in the morning (mistake on workers end) she sent housekeeping to address the issue. When I went to the office she called herself being direct . No greeting or anything. She didn’t wanna offer her information, phone numbers or anything to allow me to speak to anyone above her. I called cooperate and they are currently resolving my issue. I do not recommend this hotel if you are big on hospitality. Travel from Georgia. Worse experience!
I don't know what happened, if they changed owners or what, but the last time I stayed here it was a nice place with nice people. This stay however...not so nice. ud83dude21ud83dude20☹
