Never had an issue with them.
First of all the 1 star review on this is not even for the vision center it's for Walmart. (I wish people would learn what a review actually is and quit using them as a complaint board for every little thing)nnANYWAY.....I go to the eye doctor there and the vision center. They're all very nice and very helpful. The eyewear selection is very big and low priced. They cover a large amount of most insurance and will help you with your glasses and contacts questions!
I would give No stars if possible! I purchased contacts here to ship to my home two weeks prior to Christmas... never came no call nothing no email... i drove 45 min to check on the status my contacts we never going to arrive because there was an error on the associates part. I would recommend going to another walmart especially one in MD where your RX is good for TWO YEARS and the appointment costs 40$ less! No apologies no regard no professionalism the lady who did my intial sale was there and literally ignored the mess she caused. If i didnt have my reciept i never would have gotten my original purchase.
