Ruddy and Jake and the crew did a great job on our new roof! As a relatively new home-owner, dealing with a roof felt a bit overwhelming. Ruddy and Jake were really good about explaining things (in fact, I needed them to explain the ridge venting system like three times before my brain finally got it). But they were more than patient and thorough, and, honestly, just great folks to talk to in general.nnSpeaking to the kind of folks they are, Ruddy even advised me to call to update our homeowners insurance, which I didn't even think to do. That five minute call saved me $100 annually.nnAlso, the color of shingle my wife and I picked was coming from a different location than normal and was slightly different from what we had seen in the sample book. So Jake took the time to come out and show us what we'd be getting. We couldn't tell the difference too much, but you can see how much level of detail they put into their work.nnThey were onsite from about 7am to 2:30pm for a roof that's about 2,400 sq ft with garage. They did exceptional work! There were no surprises except for how much better the house looks!nnWe couldn't be more happy with the roof and the service that Ruddy's provided! Ruddy's made the process very easy and we now have a beautiful roof and peace of mind.
I called Ruddy to schedule an inspection after the winter storm and Ruddy said he would be able to come out in about 2 hours. Ruddy communicated prior to arrival and arrived early (something many companies can't seem to do these days). I showed the areas of concern and Ruddy and Jake carefully examined and repaired the area promptly. They are very personable, dependable, and friendly. I would highly recommend them for any roof related needs. Thank you, Ruddy and Jake!
I found out I needed a new roof when I changed Homeowner's Insurance companies, and my agent highly recommended Ruddy's Roofing, saying he was honest and dependable. I called them and Ruddy and his son came out the next day and gave me a thorough explanation about what was needed and what it would cost. I scheduled them to come out two weeks later and they were here on time and did an excellent job. One of the things I noted was how happy his crew seemed to be. When I see happy employees I feel like they have a good boss which says a lot to me. The clean-up afterwards was excellent as well!
We highly recommend Frank Hargis and his son, Jake, whose business, Ruddy's Roofing in Round Rock, did an excellent job replacing our old roof at a very reasonable price compared to quotes from other roofing companies. We were very impressed with the team's efficiency, attention to detail and reliability. The materials were delivered on time, our new roof was installed in one day as promised and the site was cleaned up quickly and efficiently.. Frank also did an excellent job helping us negotiate the details of a settlement with our insurance company. Five stars!
We noticed evidence of a roof leak and called Ruddy Roofing based on recommendations from others in our area. We were expecting for it to take a while to get anyone out but, much to our surprise, Jake came out the same day to check the roof. He was very professional. The problem turned out to be very minor, and he even fixed it while he was here! I was very impressed with Jake and this company. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a roofer!
