Staff appears to be confused. Picked up prescription last week and was told it was not covered by insurance. Pickup up same refill for prescription today and it was covered by insurance. Was told that I should have contacted Walgrens within seven days of the initial pick up to recheck again if it was covered by insurance. I found it to be one the most amazing cover-up stories for some's ones mistake that I've been told for awhile.

Sub par manager ever. Wasn't helpful at all. Couldn't even help look up something just in case it was in the back. Even if we had the upc code. Useless.

Cory the manager in photos was outstanding. We came in for our passport photos and had no clue how to work the machines. He took care of everything and was precise in his questions and knowledge. Spent a lot of $ but it was well worth it. Great job!
