I took my son's new bike in last week, as I couldn't get the hand brake assembled no matter what I tried. They said because it was such a small job, they could squeeze me in between other jobs - gave me a time frame of a 2-day turn around (which I thought was amazing). They called me THE NEXT DAY to say his bike was done. When I picked it up, I was told they also tightened the pedals, the handlebars and overall checked my work - all for JUST the price of getting the brakes done!!! I will be using these guys for all my bike tune-ups and fixes! I am so glad to know there is someplace so close that is so awesome!!

Craig at the Round Rock location rocks! He was very helpful, informed, and even did a free delivery since I couldn't fit my daughters bike in my car. He also did a free tune up on a Walmart bought bike for my other daughter. Their great customer service has won them a customer for life!
This is only the second time I have ever written out a review. This place is amazing. They are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They make you feel like you've always shopped there. I just recently started going but it's definitely the only bike shop I'm going to from now on.
Buck and every person working there is awesome. Great experience. I love my bike.
