With the recent storm I had a person from Priority Roofing stop by my house and offer to do a free inspection. I am SO glad that I did.nnTheir team worked with my insurance and helped me get a new roof and also found some damage to siding that got covered. There was an event that happened last April that caused a bunch of damage I was not even aware of. How many of us look at our roofs!nnIf your roof is more than 10 years old I would highly recommend having it looked at. I am SO happy I did.nnIf you want a great vendor who is very respectful of your time call Priority Roofing.
Josh Prewitt, my sales contractor is fantastic! He was actively involved from the beginning through the completion and follow-up of my roof replacement. He worked with my insurance company to ensure I got maximum insurance coverage. He acted as my liaison and handled all the details for me, so I did not have to. The work was professionally done even with a few bumps with rain etc., and the cleanup was great. There was a crack in my ceiling as a result of the new roof installation and Micah immediately agreed to repair it. They sent Josh Cobb out to complete the repair. The area that needed the repair was right above my workspace and since I work from home, I needed them to work around my schedule to minimize the time I was without my space. Josh did not even hesitate to work around me and my schedule which is unheard of these days. Josh was respectful, professional, and extremely kind. His customer service and communication were exceptional, and his contribution to this team is invaluable. I highly recommend Priority Roofing to anyone needing a new roof. Trustworthy, professional, and great people!
Alyssa, Josh, and all the people involved in putting on our new roof were fantastic! Alyssa performed a drone inspection, later verified by an actual hands-on inspection and worked with our insurance company to ensure we got a great installation and maximum insurance coverage. The work was done on time, within budget, and the cleanup was great. The decking under the singles had to be replaced and was done very well, as well as the new ridge vents that were installed. There was some touch-up painting to be done, and Josh matched out paint perfectly and even touched up a couple of places the new gutter installation (another company) had not fixed. I highly recommend Priority Roofing to anyone needing repairs of a complete new roof, like we did. Trustworthy, professional, and great end product.
Before I started working with Tony, Priority Roofing, I was talking to another company and the rep from that company was very pushy and lied to me a couple of times so I decided to look for another company. One day, Tony happened to be in the neighborhood and came over to my house and told me about his company and everything I needed to know. He was very professional, well organized, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. He helped me submit the HOA application and followed up on it until we get the approval. Everything he promised from the date of installation to cleaning up the yard with magnets was fulfilled. His crew did an amazing job and I’m very happy with Priority Roofing and I highly recommend Tony to anyone who needs roof replacement.
Priority Roofing did a roof replacement on our rental house and did an excellent job. They were very professional, very conscious about their work. They were quick and very respectful of my renters landscaping. Covered plants, etc. They cleaned up beautifully too! (Rare these days) We even had our insurance carrier do an inspection. They said they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this roofing company!nMicah McQueen was our representative. Great guy!
