Alden’s inspection and estimation process is very straightforward. I enjoyed working with their team, who came out and took a look at my roof after a recent hail storm. They were very knowledgeable, courteous and willing to explain where my insurance claim would stand. Tarah was quick to follow up with quotes and responsive via text to any questions I had. Overall a great experience, even if I don’t move forward with them.

Just had my gutter system used for rain water collection upgraded by Alden. Tarah was a gem to work with. She kept me up-to-date with the scheduling and was super responsive. The guys were professional, skilled, and friendly. A good experience all around. Pricing was fair as well. I have no complaints. Now all it has to do is rain.

I am in the early stages of submitting a claim to my insurance company for a roof replacement. Tarah, an Alden roofing consultant, has been terrific. She’s bright, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and straightforward. She’s willing to listen, answer questions and make sure I understand difficult concepts in the insurance/contractor process. I am impressed with (and comforted by) her substantial customer service skills and know they are a reflection overall of the quality of work Alden roofing represents and delivers.

After getting a strong referral from a friend, I had Alden Roofing replace my roof. They were great to work with. Jason was there every step of the way. They were on time, professional and answered all my questions.nnThey worked with my insurance to correct some mistakes and get those items paid for.nnThe work had to be done before a deadline, and they worked with me to get it done on time, even after rescheduling because of the major winter storms we had in February 2021.nnWe hit a few unexpected obstacles, but every time Jason was able to take care of it, making the process pain free.nnThey also were able to increase the ventilation in my attic, which should be a major improvement this summer. In the final picture you can see one of the new vents they installed.nnI would recommend Alden to my friends and family without hesitation.

Ty came by and inspected our roof very quickly and efficiently for my house and the neighbors on both sides of me. He also explained the homeowners insurance process to me, which was much appreciated since we’re new homeowners that haven’t had to deal with hail damage on our roof before. Looking forward to finalizing the process and working with Ty on fixing the situation.
