Performance roofing was the best! After having 3 other contractors provide roofing estimates. When it came time to dealing with my insurance to dispute their response to my initial claim, not one of them came through. Performance roofing DID, not only did they provide quality guidance and walked me step by step with appealing my claim response, they also gave me peace of mind when they got started on the project. They team was super efficient, timely, left zero indication that they were even on my property. Brendan also took time to take pictures and send me updates as my project took place. Being out of town while the roof was completely replaced and not feeling the stress of that was heaven sent. Literally the best company!

Great company. They give low, honest quotes and they are very personable. No crazy sales techniques, no extra flares, and *they will give you a free estimate via their website*.nnThey helped my parents in the Dallas area, so I figured I would use their services for my home is Austin. Once Brendan helped me get the ball rolling, I knew that I had made the right choice.nnHe answered any and all questions that I had throughout the process and he genuinely seemed to care about helping me out.nnVery professional. Very timely. Very well done, overall.

Top notch company from initial presentation and quote through completion of new roof installation. Brendan recommended a color and it turned out to be spectacular! Brendan took extra care to sweep my yard of any stray nails and materials after completion. He and his crew also did a sweep after the old roof was torn off so that my dogs could go in the backyard safely while they were installing the new roof. I would highly recommend this company and Brendan, specifically, to anyone considering a new roof installation.

I highly recommend you use this company. They replaced my entire very old roof. I rescheduled once and they changed the date immediately to the date I preferred. Brendan was the first person to give me a quote and it was the lowest, by far. Everything was done (plus more) exactly as quoted. I have a lot of roof and it is relatively steep. It is as perfect on the peak as it is on the wrap around deck roof. The color they recommended completely changed the look of our home. I never would have thought of making such a major color change. If you cannot tell, I am thrilled and I am what you can call 'high maintenance' for sure. Look no further because I don't think you can do any better. They were $2K below next lowest bid but gave what the highest bid offered.

Best roofers in the area. We has a new roof with ridge vents in a day with durable material and excellent work from this company. The house looks beautiful and it was affordable. I am grateful we contacted this company. Honest dependable people. Call them first. You will be having them do the job.
