Bass Roofing had knocked on my door in the watersbend area and had not been professional about it... They were bad talking other roofing companies and I do not agree with what they said.. I understand everyone is trying to make money.. they don’t need to steal business like that.. it was very unprofessional...

I had many issues with my flashing from a company that replaced my roof 4 years ago. I needed help getting information on it before I went to the original company on what needed to be done and how it should be done. I also needed to know what it would take and cost in case the original company refused to fix the problem. I wasn't really sure who I should call or how to get information for my particular situation. I called Bass one day wondering if they had anyone that could help me with my problem. Although the help I needed wasn't exactly what a roofing company usually provides, a roofer named Beric at Bass came out and looked at my roof to assess what direction I needed to take. Although it wasn't necessarily going to be a job for Bass, he still shared information with me freely on the kind of repair that needed to happen on my roof. He sent me diagrams and info for the type of roof I had to show me the correct way to do the flashing. This gave me the insight and due diligence I needed to fight for my flashing to be done correctly. Beric even followed up with me later to see how everything went. Thankfully the roofing company that originally put the wrong flashing on my house did go ahead and replace it with the correct type of flashing. If they hadn't, I would have definitely used Bass. Beric was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and kind. In my book, Beric represents the best of the best in customer service which is rare these days. If I have any issues or have to replace my roof in the near future, I will definitely be calling Beric at Bass Roofing.
