Roofers were from Brownsville TxnThey a wonderful job. Now the wood trimming he has an inexperienced 20 yr old kid made more damage. I paid him for work he didn’t complete. He gave that BS about being a Christian and that he would be here to see that job would done properly he showed up 3 times. To collect I paid for roofer bought materials for trimming that was ruined $600plus also the water gutters materials another $300plus is still in the storage. He never returned. So I’m not giving him a star but a minus five star. Be careful wolf’s hide in sheep clothing. So on that I’m hiring someone who can come and clean up his mess . DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! Rolando De La Rosa, owner of Gulf Coast Metal Roofing out of Kingsville TX, was hired using Windstorm Insurance money to repair our Mother's roof following Hurricane Harvey. Rolando stated the job would only take 3 days. After 2 WEEKS and still not being completed, the windstorm engineer said that the work Rolando did was so poor that it needed to be completely removed and redone. He had tried to shingle over holes his crews made in the roof. The neighbor across the street had also hired him and he left their roof unshingled to this day. During the first 3 days it rained and because he failed to seal the roofs correctly, buth house suffered severe water damage inside and to the drywall. It has been over a month and he refused to call or text us. He stole $1500 from us an still has not call us back or refund our money. He came by and picked up materials from both houses when nobody was home. We are pursuing legal action. He should be out of business. Do NOT hire him! He might change the business's name, but if you talk to Rolando De La Rosa, do not trust him.
