Terrible service. 1 week and 50$ to replace a flat tube. Bob only responded and got back to me a week later after i threatened him with legal action. I got the bike back that evening. I had the feeling he was trying to rip me off when he kept trying to push new white wall tires on me.1 time customer and ill Never go back to him again.
Bob was very professional and got my diamond back on the trail. Did a great job.
