My husband and I love shopping and getting our scripts at this locally owned drug store. The pharmacy is great. Many of the pharmacists and support staff know our name and provide personalized service. Many times when I can't find a drugstore item elsewhere I will find it at Bartells. Thanks to all employees working during this difficult time with COVID-19.

I love Bartells. I moved to lake city from Everett recently and they made transferring my prescriptions an incredibly smooth and pleasant experience. It's always my pleasure to see them, every one I have been to they very helpful, and this one has been no different. Very friendly and helpful, they are down to earth and professional at the same time, you just can't beat them. I wouldn't use another pharmacy. This extends to the retail departments as well, I can't say that I have ever had a bad experience at a Bartell Drugs before. Thank you guys!

We were in town to buy a car. Didn't happen so we stopped for coffee and to pick up a couple of things. What a great staff! There was some street drama, didn't faze them. I love this bartells!

This Bartells does passport photos. I called to ask if they did passport photos for infants. The lady told me yes over the phone. Then I go into the store with my infant and a different employee tells me they do not do passport photos for infants. The nice lady in the store offered to provide this feedback to her manager, however I'm still giving you one star because you're uninformed employee gave me the wrong info over the phone and wasted my time.
