I can't believe in the middle of this winter storm , I was still able to get my prescription filled. The staff was there on a generator with no heat filling prescriptions for people. This is why I drive out of my way to stay with this pharmacy. They really care about what they do and the people that they serve. I wish I knew the ladies name that was at the window but I want her and the rest of the staff to know how much I , and surely a lot of others , really appreciate them.
Mrs. Daina is PHENOMENAL. My insurance forced me to most of my scripts to CVS, but I made sure to keep one at Lone Star, so I can go by and say hi once a month to Mrs. Daina. She has such good energy, so kind and so helpful! Andy's entire staff is super helpful and friendly, but Mrs. Daina is my fave. She is the reason I refuse to transfer all my business. My insurance has been trying to make me switch for the entire year.. Did I mention I moved to the island? So I drive 45 mins both ways, out of the way to come see her. Thanks for being such a great family owned business!! This is what mom and pop businesses should all aspire to be like.
My experiences at this pharmacy have always been 5 star. The employees are always courteous and smiling. If I need somethingnSeriously quick there on it ASAP.nIn my opinion there just isn’t another drug store that compares to there services.
Way better than CVS across the street!
My family loves Lone Star. They are a hometown pharmacy that knocks out the big chain CVS across the street. They are always helpful and make sure your taken care of.
