From start to finish T Rock Roofing was OUTSTANDING!!!! Spoke with Aaron on my first phone call, very knowledgeable and friendly. He had Mark out to my home to walk my roof and provide an inspection and quote for replacement within hours of calling and speaking to him. Marc was so helpful and quick to respond to each and every question I had along the way. One week later, we have a BEAUTIFUL roof. No surprises, no debris what so ever left behind and the crew was AMAZING!!! Finished before the severe thunderstorm hit. My family will use T Rock again without hesitation!

Doyle came out last minute I found them through google guarantee the lady on the phone was super nice and helpful! Doyle came inspected our roof provided a price on the spot and was very knowledgeable with his recommendations! We will definitely be using them for our roofing work. Thank you for your help.

Side of the roof had a small lift with a gap to the shingles. Contacted several roofing companies but job was small for them so they kept referring me to different companies. I was getting frustrated until I got a callback from Connor. Even though he was busy, he made time to come to the house to visually inspect the troubled area and suggested several options for fixing the issue. After further discussion, we settled on a solution and he was able to get the repair done quickly and it was perfect. Great communication, knowledge and execution. Highly recommended!!! T Rock Roofing and Construction will be my first phone call for future roofing repairs.

We've had T Rock come work on some smaller repair projects at our house a few times. Their quotes consistently beat other competitors and they have done quality work in a timely manner! We'll use them when we need a new roof for sure! The wood work job done on the house was superb.

During the winter storm, we had a pipe leaking from our upstairs bathroom into our downstairs bathroom. They said they were general contractors and would come out. The first plumber was 6 hours later than we were told which we get, but then he says they can’t fix it and will return between 9-10am the next morning with some different equipment. Ok. Next morning, no one shows up. After multiple text exchanges, T Rock shows ups 4-5 hours late. He tells us the plumbers are on their way just getting supplies. He even “talks” to them in the phone in front of us. He gives an estimate and leaves. The plumbers again do not show up for 4+ hours. When they do, they obviously did not go get supplies because the “plumber” makes 3 trips to Home Depot and buys the same part that he took with him each time. Fast forward a week and I have a different plumbing company out for a different issue. I ask them to take a look and guess what. We were told that what was “fixed” wasn’t even the issue. And that what they did was a temporary fix. They cut our drywall in 2 places, used a temporary fix, and it wasn’t even necessary. So, we had to pay the new plumber to fix what we had already paid for. Now, the guy from T Rock won’t even respond to my complaint. And we still have drywall holes. They scammed us during a winter storm. DO NOT USE THEM! If they are willing to take advantage of someone during an emergency, I wouldn’t trust them to do it right under regular circumstances.
