So lucky to have found this company. They were there for me every step of the way through my insurance claim and did an amazing job! Look no further and call them if you want a company that truly takes care of you! They truly deserve 5 star rating, I would give more stars if I could! Super responsive, considerate, professional and experts in what they do! Got my insurance claim taken care of, did all the repairs and put a beautiful roof for my house in one day! All the workers know what they are doing! What a great team! Ash was incredibly helpful and I would recommend 911 exteriors in Dallas to anyone looking for a contractor. Thank you so much for everything.

Kind, understanding, respectful, professional -- that is what Ash and the whole team at 911 Exteriors are. This company has some of the best employees I have ever dealt with. They did a great job on the roof, gutters, solar panels, window screens, and other miscellaneous items. It all looks great. The crew was very careful to leave everything clean and neat.nnThere's a reason this company has a 5 out of 5 rating here on Google. As a homeowner, we all dread having to deal with our insurance companies for roof damage. 911 Exteriors Roofing took the headache and stress out of the situation. The team dealt directly with our insurance company, going as far as sending a representative to meet with our Insurance Adjuster. This made my life so much more stress free! 911 Exteriors provided quality work with constant communication. They are not your typical roofing company; they are way beyond that.nnI have solar panels on my roof, and 911 Exteriors was able to take care of that as well. I can't say enough of the great experience I had, we will definitely be calling 911 Exteriors again if and when we need them!

I want to let people know that this is a top-notch professional company. My home project was not an easy task, as 911Exteriors.com had to deal with an extremely complicated insurance claim. 911Exteriors.com is very patient and exceptionally knowledgeable; they were able to assist me by providing their reports for the work scope needed, and they further provided lab testing for the materials I already had. My roof had severe storm damage, the siding and interior ceiling collapsed in my living room.nn911Exteriors.com provided more than just roofing. They have a broad range of expertise and the manpower to cover them. They were able to restore my property better than before the storm even began. I had a complete roofing system replacement, interior repairs, paintings, sidings, and other miscellaneous items.nnEverything went by smoothly. My hats off to 911 Exteriors - all the crew members were patient, pleasant, and understanding. The clean-up process after was fantastic. Come to find out, 911Exteriors.com is not just for roofing, they handled the entire project in my insurance claim. This includes roofing, interior work, painting, gutters, and fencing. This company has an army of highly qualified individuals, and they exceeded all of my expectations. I worked with Ash Abraham and his team at 911Exteriors.com. They did an excellent job organizing, managing, and explaining the process for getting my roof replaced. It is a complicated process working through one's own insurance company to get all this work done, especially by yourself. But having a good roofing company to walk you through it is very critical. The team was able to get the job done in 2 days, including my interior work. 911Exteriors.com provided me with much higher quality materials and a longer-term warranty than other competitors in the business. All within the costs allowed by the insurance company. They worked hard with a good attitude. I would recommend 911 Exteriors to anyone!
