Micah and Phil were excellent to work with.nInspected the roof and explained exactly what needed to be done. They helped with the claim through the insurance company. The job was completed on time and the roof and gutters look great. The crew did a great job of protecting everything around the house and cleaning up when the work was complete.

My experience with Roofsimple was excellent. I am in Irving TX. Some of my family members worked with them and recommended them and gave my name to Micah Willard. I didn't even have to call Micah, he came to my house. He was very professional, courteous, efficient and he took care of everything. He was familiar with home owners' insurance company and had worked them in the past. He actually filed the claim for me while he was at my house. Everything was set up quickly and he kept in contact with the insurance company. We arranged a date for the installation at my convenience and everything was done expertly as Micah had promised. I got a high quality new roof and Roofsimple only charged me exactly what the insurance company agreed to pay (so my only out-of-pocket expense was my deductible). There were no surprise costs. Beginning to end, RoofSimple did a fantastic job! We had a hail claim, damaged gutters, and some fascia boards in need of repair.
