I enjoy coming to this store, the photo and pharmacy customers services are awesome! Always helps or figures it out. I would of giving it a 5 but im not a huge fan of there restrooms especially with the rona. Just go to bathroom before heading to store other than that GREAT customers service!
My father came here for Covid testing and the lab this particular Walgreens uses is a different one then another Walgreens we went to a week prior. The technician gave my father a paper (not to lose) with a number on it to pull the results.. however! The person who wrote the number down wrote illegibly and there is a letter? in the middle when they should be all numbers. So wasted time as we will have to go get a test elsewhere and they are backed up with appointments everywhere. DO NOT GO HERE FOR COVID TESTING... SLOPPY WHEN PEOPLES LIVES ARE AT RISK.
Decent customer service. It’s always clean.
i had an appointment for covud testing after waiting about 30 minutes when my turn came they told me i have to wait another 30 minutes. I’m sick and finally managed to drive and they just are careless. Why take appointments if you can’t give service?
