Bad service !! Really really bad ! People there are rude and they don’t get their job done, I drop a prescription they told me in one hour so I went 1/1/2 after and they said is not ready then I went back in 1 hour now they said their system is down. Really ? I need my medicine !! Walgreens is 100% better but they don’t accept my insurance anymore :(

We walked in their this evening and the first thing we here when we walked in was Mexican music. We live in the United States of America, not Mexico. I know that living in Irving, Tx. is starting to feel like we are living in Mexico, but we are not. Needless to say, we will never shop at another CVS store.

Worst cvs store to coupon the manager there is so rude she acts like it’s her store I’m not the only one who has so many complaints about her, I know the policy of coupons and she never lets you use more then one and it’s always finding a way for not to sell you the product. She never lets people shop good with out her just following you and seen what you are taking then when you want to self check out she goes running to the front so she can check you out and like always find a way to not sell you things if it was for me I will give zero stars she only does this to people that coupon !!!!!!!!

Omg.. The slowest ever.n45 min in drive thru n i prepaid for express .. Theres no express here.nNext medicine has take me days to get. Again 30 min wait times..drive thru. Cant wait in line like this during the week so heres the weekend 11 am n now is over 15 minutes and still waiting.update: wow 40 minute wait Sunday morning. Time to change pharmacy i guess.
