My husband purchased a Pedego Boomerang for my birthday and I absolutely love it! I’m a double lung transplant recipient and this bike is so comfortable and smooth riding. It has given me the confidence to ride bikes again knowing it will assist me as needed. Kristin and her team were wonderful every step of the way, and very knowledgeable about their bikes and accessories. They helped us find the right bike and we appreciate them letting us take several bike types out for long test rides. We highly recommend checking out Pedego New Braunfels!

My husband and I went to Pedego New Braunfels to test drive some of their electric bikes. We thought we were going to rent a bike to see if it was something I wanted to buy. We were pleasantly surprised when they simply encouraged us to test drive several different bikes until I found what I wanted. They were extremely helpful in answering all our questions, demonstrating how to get started, and overall friendly & encouraging. I loved the bikes & decided to purchase one!! We were impressed with the warranty & the fact that they service the bikes at their location. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. I can’t wait to start riding!!!!

Absolutely amazing customer service! We stopped to purchase a new electric bike today and they were very knowledgeable and gave us all the info we needed to choose the right bike. Great selection of electric bikes and accessories. After we purchased the bike, they even took us for a short bike tour of the local park. Very happy with our purchase and will be back for any other accessories we need.

This place is awesome. Thanks to Pokky and Eliza we have a great family friendly activity that we do as often as every day. As someone who doesn't like riding a bike, this was a game changer. On top of that, the kindness that they always show us when we stop by with questions is extraordinary. Thank you Pedego for coming to New Braunfels! We highly recommend renting bikes and cruising downtown to visitors and residents alike.

My friend and I were in the area driving by and decided to checked this place out. We were able to take a test ride around the area as we didn’t have time to rent. I was super excited about the bike... Pokey, the owner was very personable and knowledgeable about her bikes. Her daughter gave me a brochure with pricing on the different bikes. I’m thinking of purchasing one. It will get me jump started to be more active. We will most definitely be back to rent one soon.
