Barkleys Roofing

In the process of selling our home, we found out that the roof needed replaced. I received a call from my insurance agent on Tuesday, January 5, telling me that the roof replacement had been approved and that I needed to find a roofer. My realtor recommended Barkley as the “go-to roofer” used by many agents in her office. I received a call from the owner of Barkley Tuesday evening to go over all of the details of what would happen. By Thursday, January 7, at about 4:00 p.m., the roof was replaced.nnBarkley was wonderful about communicating very thoroughly about the entire process, including: how the insurance checks would work, how they could wait for payment until we received the insurance checks, how messy and noisy the roof replacement would be, and how dangerous it would be (so to keep my little ones inside while they were replacing the roof). We were also told that if we were not completely satisfied with the roof or the clean-up job the crew did, that they would come back the next day to remedy the situation. After a few questions to jog my memory, I remembered that Barkley was the company who replaced our roof on the house we’d sold three years ago. I had no qualms about hiring them again, because they had done a wonderful job when we hired them before.nnThe crew that came out to do the job was very professional. They were prompt (a plus even if we awoke to banging while the old roof was being removed), worked very efficiently, and did a wonderful job at cleaning up around the house. We had been warned that it would probably take all of Thursday and a few hours on Friday morning for the completion. However, the entire roof was completed Thursday by 4:00 p.m.nnI was extremely please with the entire experience, and would absolutely hire Barkley again in the future should the need arise.

Michael was always super on the ball when it came to communicating different processes with us. They were also able to work with us financially to make sure we were able to move forward with our roof installation. Barkley’s is all about happy customers. Great company!
