Started out great. They took on working with insurance to get our roof taken care of. Little did we know, that a few months later when we had an issue with the roof they installed they would ghost us. First we emailed. Then follow up email.They have dodged our calls and then our texts. We have been extremely kind and professional in reaching out, and were finally answered with an empty promise that they’d come survey the issue. Never came and now silence.nGet this- we received a text from them that was meant for another party and they quickly said they sent to the wrong person. When we replied to say it’s fine and ask the status of our issue- no response again.nI’m extremely disappointed. Talk about blowing $18K to have an issue with the roof less than 6 months later and not even enough respect or professionalism to communicate. How audacious. If anything changes, I’ll be back to update this review.nAs it stands, would not recommend- hire at your own risk.
This company came highly recommended to me and I contacted the owner immediately. His staff came at the time that we agreed on and measured everything. We set up a date for repair and needless to say his staff was here on time & ready to work . They were very polite and courteous. And the price was very fair . Good quality work and great customer service. These guys did not disappoint ! I definitely will use them again
This group of guys definitely differentiate themselves from the competition. I have worked with them from the distribution side of what they do. I have had the pleasure of working with them over the last few months in the San Antonio area, due to the hail storm there have been MANY roofing teams come through our doors. Something different about these folks. Joe, Toby and Cody are just a couple that I’ve worked with more frequent, always very polite friendly and courteous. I’ve gotta say one of the hardest working groups I’ve seen. From sun up to sun down, I’ve seen them make multiple trips to ensure Their customer is pleased with quality product, service and doing what it takes to meet timelines.... there have been days that these guys were the first ones at the branch to get an early start and YES we’ve assisted them after hours when need be.... they are very easy to work with in all situations, even when things arent as seamless as we would like them to be, they’re always patient and understanding. Again, great group of roofers ether than that just GOOD people.... don’t say this lightly so just had to give the KUDOS where it’s due. Really is Great working with y’all!!!!
They do not pay their contractors for the jobs that they do .They get free labor for their work and then refuse to rectify the situation they have open claims with the TWC for unpaid wages for at least one employee and builders liens filed against property because contract labor wasn't paid on job...They may do perfectly fine workmanship but they treat their employees terrible
