I had driven around my neighborhood and saw the Many roofs being replaced, and I noticed three kings roofing and the great care they took and protecting the homes with plywood over the windows and the garage doors and cushions between the ladders and gutters. They stood out above the crowd and when I met with Frank Wood the project manager he was very pleasant and seemed eager to help me as an elderly gentleman 77 he replaced the roof 3 2 ft by 4 ft skylights and the gutters. He went to a great extent to make sure my house was protected and in the dry. Even though my insurance company was only paying for the roof and 120 ft of guttering. And didn't ask for a penny more. Their cruiser highly trained professionals I would recommend !
Three Kings Roofing provided a great job to fix our roof. We even didn't notice our roof was damaged by Hails. They helped to exam our roof and discuss the replacement plan with our insurance company. We have no idea how to deal with insurance company, but assistance from this team is very professional and kind for us. The ream has done a great job to replace our roof. I will strongly refer their service.
My neighbor referred 3Kings Roofing to me for a roof replacement. My neighbor’s roof replacement went very quickly and smoothly and the roof looked great. I wasn’t ready to have my roof replaced and needed to wait until after Christmas. Jesse Gutierrez was very patient in working with me on selecting the best day for me to have the roof replaced.nnMy on-site supervisor, Mia, could not have been better. She was there the first thing in the morning that the roof replacement started, as well as the second day when it was completed. She was very knowledgeable and was patient in answering my (many) questions.nnThe guys doing the roofing were very professional in protecting the landscaping and the windows around the house and the roof looks great!nnFinally, the cleanup could not have been better. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 3Kings to anyone. Thanks to Jesse, Mia, and the crew.
Do not use this company. They came by to talk to us about our roof after a storm. We were considering using them based on the recommendation of our neighbor. The sales guy asked my husband the name of the insurance company and my husband came back into the house for something and when he went back out they had already started the claim for us! They did not provide an estimate of work and only took our insurance check. When I asked where the estimate was the supervisor told me they can’t and don’t do that. “We can’t give someone a cash price up front incase there is more work that needs to be done than originally noted”. I explained how estimates and construction companies work. I am absolutely disgusted with this company and do not recommend anyone using them.
