With the recent heavy rain, I discovered signs of two leaks in my roof. I called Advantage because they were local and they were open on a Sunday. With more rain in the forecast, I was happy that they could come out and provide me with an estimate on the same day. Well, not only did they show up in short order and provide me with a fair estimate, they also took care of the work! And they didn't just do the work agreed to in the estimate, they also took care of some additional little things they saw needed fixing at no extra charge! Thank you Phil and Martin! Great guys! I will remember Advantage next time for my roofing needs.
Phil came out today after a windstorm blew shingles off my roof. He did an inspection and told me that the roof did not need to be replaced yet. I just needed my shingles put back on, and Phil was kind enough to do it while he was here. I wanted to pay him for his work, but he didn't want to charge me. Phil is a good guy and I will definitely hire his company in the future.
