Valentine installed my new metal roof during VERY tumultuous November weather. Their project manager, site foreman, and crew were all top notch, extremely professional, and a pleasure to work with. Eddie, the project manager, contacted me every morning with a status update, and I was particularly impressed with Valentine's site foreman, Jose, who ensured the smooth and timely progress of the job in spite of many days of heavy rain. The old roof was in very bad shape, which necessitated replacement of the roof deck; Jose was very knowledgeable and patient in answering my questions and explaining construction methods and rationale: in places where shingles and fascia had to be removed, everything was redone perfectly. Valentine's crew was extremely hard working & efficient; daily site cleanup was done thoroughly; and old roofing materials & other construction debris were removed promptly upon the job's completion. I am absolutely THRILLED with my new roof --it is gorgeous--and I highly recommend Valentine Roofing!

Valentine Roofing was GREAT!! From the original quote, to the actual installation- Valentine roofing was prompt, on time and they did great work! We got a new PVC on our 1950s home. Eddie, our project manager, communicated every step of the way and Nicolas and his crew were professional and quick. It was worth every penny. Highly recommended.

Valentine Roofing is thoroughly professional! The estimator, the office staff, my project manager, the on sight forman, and the roofers ALL were competent, friendly, and focused on doing a first rate job. Communication with me, the homeowner, seemed to be very high priority. I was kept informed through every step of the project in a timely manner. My questions were answered promptly to my satisfaction. Workers were respectful of me and my property. Care was taken to protect my glass windows and doors as well as my garden. The finished roof is exactly what I wanted! I couldn’t be happier! Cleanup of the area was thorough. I am completely satisfied with Valentine Roofing and gladly give them a high recommendation.

Once finished, the work was well done. Note that whatever you add as a concern noted in the quote won't mean anything. If there's something specific that you want, make sure it is included in the listed work of the quote, otherwise they'll just replace exactly what was there to begin with. It takes a month or two to get them to come back and fix your concern. They're nice enough to work with, just very busy. They talk about sending out a 'team' to do the job, but it will be just one very competent guy. In my case, I had a droopy end of a gutter, far from a downspout, where water didn't drain. I told them of my concern, and asked them to make sure it was addressed in the new install. That was noted on the quote, but not listed as a specific part of the job. The worker assured me that he'd take care of it, and then proceeded to install the new gutter in the same bad way as the old gutter. It took weeks of back-and-forth before they came back and fixed it, though I give them credit for being okay to talk to, and generally calling back when they say they will.
