Sound Roofing Systems

We had someone come out to fix our leaky roof. After tearing up our wall and doing a repair, it didn't work. We had to call several times for them to respond to a request for another visit. A guy came out, we talked about a new skylight, never heard from him again. We fixed it ourselves but needed for them to finish the job and put our torn up wall back together. We called and left messages several times over the course of many months and were ignored. FINALLY we got them to send someone out who refused to wear a mask in our home. We sent him away because ARE YOU KIDDING RIGHT NOW?!!! and called them again to tell them what happened. (If you have COPD and can't wear a mask you might not want to take a job doing dry wall, dude). They acted surprised said they'd find someone else and never called back. We finally had some other guy do the job... so essentially we paid them, never got the job done and had to pay someone else to clean up their mess. If you've got money to burn, have at it, these are your guys. If you need a job done... look elsewhere.

Vince ( he is the owner/sales)was very straightforward and his quote for the roofing was quite competitive. He was not pushy. The roofers came on time and were exceptionally professional. Each time they explained what they were doing. We had requested not to install if there was a chance of rain. The roofers were accommodating and understanding. There were few glitches, like ordering the incorrect skylight, but they resolved it quickly. The foreman, Manuel Sanchez, Brandon and others were real professionals. The roof had a flat section and the installer was very thorough and one could see he had many years of experience. I sat with the installers on the roof while they installed the roof, so experienced it first hand their work ethics. I would definitely recommend Sound Roofing. The roof was completed on time, and the work quality was exceptional.

When it came time to replace my 27 year old shake roof, I got quotes from 5 local companies. Three were very close in price, and were less than I expected. Sound Roofing was amoung the lowest. They came to our home when scheduled, and the four roofers did an outstanding job for us. They were courteous, very careful, cleaned up at the end of every day, and did a very diffucult roof during very hot weather. The job took a little longer than they estimated, but that was not unexpected to me. The roof came out looking great and we couldn't be happier. I recommend them highly.

They installed a roof on my house in Newport Hills and everything went perfectly. They were courteous, prompt, and cleaned up after the job. I got several bids and they were among the most competitive. There were a few little idiosyncrasies with my roof which they navigated perfectly. I recommended them to a friend who also had a great experience.

I've had my GAF roof for three years, and it has held up beautifully so far though Beacon Hill's strong winds with no shingle loss. The architectural shingles look great and Sound Roofing's installation was high quality. Their installation was fast, and their cleanup was thorough. Choosing them resulted in getting a great value.
