Could not be happier with the service, performance, quality, and attention to my every need. Great communication from Sean. Responded promptly and courteously any time he was contacted.nFrom the beginning to the end. You can tell customer satisfaction is at the top of the list. We contracted with Titan Roofing for a complete roof replacement of our home in the San Antonio area. We were very impressed with the quality of the work and the communication and coordination throughout. Sean, our Project Manager, went out of his way to explain the entire roofing and insurance process, answer any questions we had and also act as liaison between the various teams involved and us. Unlike several of our neighbors who hired other roofing companies in SA, we felt we were always in good hands, were treated professionally & fairly and got a new quality roof in a reasonable amount of time. We would recommend Sean Fentress without hesitation to friends and family. Good to know there are still roofing companies near me that strive to offer craftsmanship and integrity. We’re happy to be able to support a local, family-run business like Titan Roofing Contractors. Two thumbs WAY up.

Had a great experience with these San Antonio roofers- they are very cost effective, efficient, prompt, and do high quality work. They've done both my home and my business and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or colleagues, and I will be using them again in the future for roofing needs or any roofing repairs that may come up.

We called Titan Roofing because we had a leak coming through our kitchen ceiling from our roof. Sean took my call and scheduled a time to come out. He was right on time, and quickly determined where the problem was. He fixed the leak, which was coming from one of the roof vents, and checked for any other potential issues. Sean was very professional, honest and took time to educate me about our issue! I highly recommend his company and have his number on speed dial for the next time I need him!

This company is fantastic - let me explain why. I am a home inspector in another city and called with a complaint, essentially. Now, the owner Sean got on the phone and was incredibly professional: He heard me out, and explained that I had the wrong company (never perform work in my area) and has received a couple other calls with the same or similar issue. He took his time to ask some questions and give me some solid advice for the best course of action to handle the roofing problem I was having. He genuinely cared about helping me at no benefit to himself and that is a trait not enough people appear to value. Thank you for your insight and time Sean.
