First experience with this Walgreens was great. Pharmacist was able to transfer all but one Rx from my previous Walgreens. There was a problem with one reversing from the other and insurance was stating to soon to order. I went to facility to get help. Andres P was the tech who was assisting me but he didn't want to listen to my explanation. He was acting like he knew everything. He may have known how to solve problem but wouldn't let me try to explain my side. Had he just listened and then went on with his work that would have made me happy. Even though they know how to solve problem tech still needs to listen to customer or should I say just hear us. Thank you

Aaron and his staff are the most polite, caring, and happiest staff I have ever seen at any of the Walgreens in San Antonio. They always seem to go above and beyond. Be sure to pay them a visit!

I am going to have to give this location a negative reveiw not because of the customer services, that's excellent. It's because i noticed that things go on clearance and about 2 month later they put it back at regular price, so in other words your paying full price for old product. I have seen last years Christmas clearance go back to full price when the next Christmas season rolls around again its crazy. Now i go to this location enough to know what i am saying is facts, so becareful and check your expiration dates especially on beauty products like face and body creams. I bought a clearance item today that had a clearance price of $6.59 and it rang up at regular price which was $26.99 but they had to give to me at clearance price since the tag was on the shelve but i bet next time i go in that last bottle will be marked at regular price again because that's how this locationdoes business i hope all location do noit do this but who knows just becareful and check those date money doesn't come easy. Nowadays.

I was in a very sick and critical demeanor and the Pharmacy staff and the other employees were very understanding and helpful to me. This is a great place to do your shopping and picking up your prescriptions too.

Horrible service, no one willing to help, they actually ignore you!nThe western union machine is a piece of junk and takes about 20 min vs 3 min to input the info because it doesn’t work. Go to HEB takes about 3 min. Versus trying to use Walgreens piece of junk
